Internationalisation
Internationalisation
may be defined as
A process of integrating
international, multicultural and/or global dimensions in to the goals,
content and structure of education.
On
this basis CICEDs objectives are to
• Promote
an international dimension to the goals and content of the curricula
and structure of the bachelor and post-graduate programmes offered
within the CVU Copenhagen & North Zealand;
• Support
the development of the academic and pedagogical quality of study
programmes through extending international cooperation and networking;
• Promote
international mobility among students and faculty staff
In
addition CICED collaborates with the Education and Development
Department of the CVU Copenhagen & North Zealand
in facilitating
transparency and international recognition of study programmes in
accordance with the objectives
of
the
Bologna process.

CICED
supports and coordinates the efforts of 10 partner institutions
and the 8 resource and development centres to develop
international cooperation and networking. For

CICED
is as a partner to international projects such as a
Tempus/Tacis project supporting development of a new master
programme
at the Mongolian State University of Education.
The
PROMISE project
The PROMISE (the PROject Method In School projects through E-learning)
project offers to schools a structured and tested
method
that can, after training, be used by all European teachers to ensure the
educational outcome in a project being in line
with the
objectives and standards set up.

The European Schools
Project
The European Schools Project supports
teachers and pupils in participating in the world of Internet-based
Computer Mediated
Communications and in using Internet's Information Resources to improve
learning and teaching.(Read

ECOLE,
European Collaborative E-learning network
The thematic area of
ECOLE is the Educational use of ICT with the focus on innovation in
education. Its main goal is to render
available contents for collaborative learning projects and to create a
learning community for teachers and pupils from compulsory
education systems, who are involved in project-based learning
experiences supported by the use of ICT.
